How to Order a Sworn Translation from or into Italian

Start by sending clear scans or photos of all pages to be translated, including stamps and annotations.

Please also specify:

• The translation direction;
• The country and purpose for which the documents will be used;
• Your preferred completion date;
• Your preferred translation format.

If a public authority, bank, or other recipient has provided detailed requirements, please include them in your message. This is particularly important for documents submitted abroad. After reviewing the material, we will provide a quote and proposed turnaround options. We will begin the translation once you accept the terms.

When Do You Need to Present the Original?

A scan or photo is sufficient for a quote. However, if the translation needs to be certified as a true translation of the original, the translator must inspect the original document. You can leave it at our office, present it when collecting your translation, or send it by courier.

We can also prepare a translation without the original, stating in the certification that it was made from a scan or copy.

Translation Format, Collection, and Delivery

We prepare printed translations and electronic versions bearing the translator’s qualified electronic signature. A scan of a printed translation is not the same as an electronically signed file.

You can collect your completed documents in person in Warsaw. We offer free delivery within Poland via InPost. International delivery is available at an additional charge through a courier service agreed with you.

How Much Does an Italian Sworn Translation Cost?

The price depends on the volume of text, the type of documents, the subject matter, and the turnaround option selected. We therefore confirm the exact cost after reviewing the material.

Charges are calculated per standard billing page of 1,125 characters, including spaces, rather than per A4 sheet. A single document may therefore amount to several billing pages.
